Luvables is a brand of IITECH, which designs inclusive products, including for people with disabilities. Our website has to live up to that.

Partially compliant

Internal self-assessment of the luvables.fr website, carried out in September 2026: code review, keyboard testing and testing across several browsers. No third party has audited the site to date, so we publish neither a score nor a label. A full audit is planned.

What is in place

  • The whole site can be used with the keyboard, and the focus is always visible.
  • A skip link leads straight to the content.
  • Text contrast meets level AA.
  • Headings follow in order and the page regions are identified.
  • The mobile menu announces its state to screen readers.
  • Forms are labelled; their errors are announced and translated.
  • The “reduce motion” setting is respected.
  • The page stays readable at 200% zoom and down to 320 pixels wide.
  • No third-party accessibility overlay: everything is handled in the site code.

Known limitations

We would rather name them than leave them unsaid.

  • No systematic testing yet with NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack on real devices.
  • No version in French Sign Language (LSF).
  • Our legal texts are not yet offered in plain language (FALC).
  • The payment journey relies on a third-party service and has not been assessed yet.
  • A phone number appears on the site, but we run no adapted phone support: writing to us always remains possible.
