Your rights in detail
Right of access
You may request to know what personal data we hold about you and obtain a complete copy of it (Article 15 GDPR).
Right to rectification
You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning you (Article 16 GDPR).
Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 17 GDPR ("right to be forgotten").
Right to data portability
You may retrieve your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR).
Right to restriction
You may request the restriction of the processing of your data in certain circumstances (Article 18 GDPR).
Right to object
You may object at any time to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds (Article 21 GDPR).

Processing times
In accordance with Article 12 GDPR, we commit to processing your request within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by two additional months in the event of a complex request, in which case you will be notified.
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request.
